Shockola, Batman!

Update: The National Selection Committee declined to issue me a waiver that was required for me to run; therefore, I did not make it into the nomination race.  Thank you to everyone who was so enthusiastic about supporting me.  I really do appreciate it.

I am announcing my candidacy for the Conservative nomination

in the riding of London-Fanshawe

If you haven’t joined the party yet, please ask yourself, “Is it worth $15 to see Dr Kyla in a debate?” and “Will she fight for me in Ottawa?”

If the answer to those are yes, please go to and JOIN. In order to be eligible to vote for me, memberships have to be processed before May 14th, which really means May 10th. If you know anyone in the riding, or if your spouse is a member and you aren’t, please have everyone over the age of 14 join right away.

This is your chance to be a part something big; I literally cannot do this without you. If you love and/or respect me, please help get me on this ballot.

To vote in the nomination race you have to be either a citizen or Landed Immigrant, 14 years of age or older, and live in the London-Fanshawe District. You can check your district by going to and putting in your postal code, then selecting 2015 Federal Election. The riding expanded, both north and south.

Did you see the red tape reduction announcement by the Harper Government today? If I am elected, get ready to see even more red tape slashed.

This is getting scary and exciting.

Thank you!

The video below is from January 2006; just a couple of days before Stephen Harper became the Prime Minister. I’ve been a Harper supporter for a very long time and will be proud to be a hardworking Member of Parliament in the Harper Government.
